PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how TradeSafeAI LLC ("TradeSafeAI LLC", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TradeSafeAI mobile application (available on Android and iOS), the TradeSafeAI desktop application (available on Windows, macOS, and Linux), and the tradesafeai.io website ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services." This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TradeSafeAI LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.

 

Information We Collect

 

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as part of the OAuth authentication process. We do not store your Google password.

 

Subscription Information
To verify your subscription status, your email address is securely transmitted to our Wix-based subscription system via a Firebase Cloud Function. We verify whether an active plan exists for your account. No payment card numbers or financial account details are collected or stored by TradeSafeAI LLC. All purchases are processed through Wix's payment platform, which has its own privacy policy and security standards.

 

Learning Progress Data
The App tracks your learning activity locally on your device, including: modules viewed, sections completed, time spent in modules, quiz scores, and daily streaks. This data is stored on your device using AsyncStorage. A summary of this data may be synced within the App to populate your progress dashboard. We do not transmit this data to external servers.

 

Automatically Collected Information
We do not collect device identifiers, precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data. The App requires an internet connection solely for account authentication and subscription verification.

How We Use Your Information

 

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Verify your subscription status

  • Provide access to learning modules and app features

Data Storage and Security

 

Account credentials are managed by Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption. Learning progress data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Account Deletion

 

You may request deletion of your account and associated Personal Information at any time by emailing us at Support@tradesafeai.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, your authentication record will be removed from Firebase. Locally stored progress data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App.

 

Children's Privacy

 

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us at Support@tradesafeai.io and we will promptly delete it.

 

Educational Content Disclaimer

 

TradeSafeAI LLC is not a registered broker, investment advisor, or dealer. All content within the App is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Users assume full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions made.

 

Your Rights

 

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the Personal Information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your Personal Information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California Residents: California residents may request information about any Personal Information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes once per calendar year by contacting us.

 

EEA Residents: If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

 

Data Retention

 

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your Personal Information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The App and Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

 

Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
